WILBUR, WASH.
Memorial service for Alice Mae (Evers) Wilken,75, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Almira Community Church in Almira, Wash. Strate Funeral Home in Wilbur is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Wilken, who was born (May 15, 1927) in Davenport, Wash., died Thursday (July 2, 2002). She was a resident of Wilbur for the past 15 years.
She grew up in the Almira and Hartline, Wash., area. She graduated from Hartline High School. She was a homemaker for many years.
Her husband, Clayton, died in 1978.
Survivors include a son, Craig Wilken of Sprague, Wash.; a daughter, Fran Mitchell of Ellensburg; a sister, Mary Cahail of Friday Harbor, Wash.; and five grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wilbur Library or the Almira Cemetery Endowment Care Fund.
