Arthur J. Strickert, age 60, of Lombard, beloved husband of Ruth, nee Johnson; loving father of Jean Marie (Richard) Kukla, Arthur J. jr., David A., Linda Marie, and the late Thomas Arthur, Cheryl Lynn and James Robert; grandfather of Donald A., Barbara Ann, and Melissa Strickert; also John Vincent and Lisa Marie Kukla; loving son of Frieda and the late Alfred Strickert; fond brother of Edward, Alfred, John, and the late blanche.
Lying in state Monday, from 12 noon til time of service, 1 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 545 S Ardmore Ave, Villa Park. Internment Chapel Hill Gardens West. Visitation at Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave, Villa Park, Saturday, 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday 2 to 9:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the American Cancer Society or St. Paul Lutheran Church.
