He was the beloved husband of Lillian nee Nienstedt; father of Audrey Schroeder and her husband Robert Bockelman; grandfather of Bruce and Lynn.
Visitation is from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday at Orancsion-Brown Funeral Home, Oak Park, where services will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. Internment in Concordia Cemetery. Memorials may be given to St. John Lutheran Church, Forest Park.
