Evelyn Wiles

(St Marys) Evelyn Elizabeth (nee Jackson) Wiles, 66, of RR 1 St Marys, died Saturday, May 27, 2000, at Mitchell Nursing Home, Mitchell.

She was the daughter of the late Howard Jackson and the former Viola Strickert. 

She is survived by her husband Jack Wiles of RR 1, St Marys; her children Sharon Scott and Ron of Mitchell, John Miles and Joanne of Cromarty, Jim Miles and Sharon of Kirkton, Sue Tomlinson and Rob of Woodham; grandchildren Jackie, Jessie, Jerry, Holly, Sarah, Logan, and Brooke; and a sister Isabel Marquardt, a brother-in-law Rudy, and a brother Bill Jackson, all of Mitchell.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a grandson Michael Tomlinson.



Friends and relatives will be received at the Sass Funeral Home (Ball and Sass Ltd.), 47 Wellington St. S., St Marys, today 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. where the funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1:30 pm.  Rev. Shannon Tennant will officiate.  Burial will be Kirkton Union Cemetery.
