Scott City-- Funeral Services for Fawn William Rose, 54, will be conducted in First Christian Church at 2 pm Monday with Rev. J. Allen Wheeler officiating.
Mr. Rose died on Wednesday afternoon at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City.
He was born Jan. 2, 1911 in Newton and came to Scott County with his parents in 1926. He married Dorothy Strickert on May 28, 1938 in Garden City. They lived in Scott County.
Mr. Rose was a member of the First Christian Church in Scott City.
Survivors include the widow of the home; daughters Mrs. Harley Mohler, Scott City, Mrs. Jean Harbaugh, Garden City; son Lewis, Scott City; sisters Mrs. George Carpenter, Lamar, CO, Mrs. Juanita Hockenhull, Wheaten, IL; Mrs. Emily Plummer, Warrenton, Ore.; Mrs. Betty Diesher, Lamar, CO.; brother Earl, Scott City; three grandchildren.
Burial will be in Scott County Cemetery. Friends may call at Weinmann-Price Funeral Home. The Family Suggests Contributions to the Heart Fund.
