Funeral service for Milton C. Flugel, 71, was held Friday at United Methodist Church in Colville. Graveside services will follow at the Mountain View Park Cemetery in Colville. Danekas Funeral Chapel in Colville was in charge of arrangements.
A lifetime Colville resident, Mr. Flugel died Monday.
He worked in the timber industry until 1975, then for Northwest Alloys. He retired in 1989.
He was a charter member of the Eagles Lodge in Colville.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Jean; two sons, Tom Glugel of Colville and Dick Flugel of Vancouver, Wash.; a daughter, Donna James of Spokane; four brothers, Bob Flugel of Chewelah, Wash., Bill Flugel of Lewiston, Jerry Flugel of Fort Bridger, Wyo., and Lester Bolender of Apache Junction, Ariz.; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
